The Policy compliance portal consists of three parts: EOS Broker, EOS Client and EOS Administration

The EOS Broker section allows brokers to filter compliances by warranty or subjectivity and by current activities. There are four tabs in this section:

Broker – Home Tab
The Broker - Home tab allows assigned compliances to be filtered by a range of different options. The results can be filtered to show Subjectivities, warranties, or all. Current activities can be filtered to view:
- All activities
- In Progress - review and submit evidence
- Provide rejection reason
- Add any supporting notes and confirm for submission to the client
- Review evidence
- Add feedback note to client
- Review feedback and discuss solutions with the client
- Relate to carriers/insurers
Filters can also be applied to date ranges and to the compliance category. Categories can be filtered to view:
- Loss Run/Expiring Coverage
Indicators at the bottom of the filter list show assigned compliances that are overdue, due in the next 24 hours, or due in the next 7 days. Closed compliance items can be hidden or displayed from the results. The filters can be reset to show all assigned compliances.
The Organisations/Companies tab shows a list of all organisations/companies with addresses. Text can be entered into the organisation name search box to show the details for that organisation. Other search boxes can be made for the primary contact’s name or the employee's name at that organisation. Results can be filtered or reset.
The policies tab allows a search on a particular policy. Autocomplete will display a tooltip as text is entered into the search box. The client/organisation can also be searched for. Expired policies can be toggled on or off. Results can be filtered or reset.
The Compliance tab shows the compliances added to the system. They can be filtered in a range of ways:
- Compliance Type (All/Subjectivity/Warranty)
- Due Date from
Searches can be made for a particular organisation/company or broker. Autocomplete will display a tooltip showing results as text is entered into the search box. Indicators at the bottom of the filter list show assigned compliances that are overdue, due in the next 24 hours, or due in the next 7 days. The ability to show closed compliance items can be toggled on or off.
Reports can be generated from the information in EOS in a variety of ways. There are tabs for
- Process analysis
- Compliance Reporting
- Response Times
- Cancelled/Rejected Compliances
A range of filters and search fields can be used to view the status of compliances and outcomes, compliance items per company, response times for compliance items, cancelled and rejected compliances, and a compliance audit for compliance items, messages, notes and policies.
The EOS Administration section in policy compliance allows an administrator to add users, carriers/insurers, and companies or organisations to the portal.
