Aged Debt Analysis
The aged debt report puts transactions into different columns depending on the user-selected parameters.
The "ageing by" options are available:
I = Installment date P = Payable date A = Accounting date O = Original accounting date
Please note, if ageing by is set to the P option, the instalment date column is changed to payable by.
The ageing bands have default values but can be set to any date range that the user requires. The user can age by a date or a number of days.
The output can be for one, or all divisions, currencies, or suffices (roles).

Default columns are available for:
• Account Org Group Code (Account Organisation Group (Parent) Code
• Account Org Group Name (Account Organisation Group (Parent) Company Name)
• Risk Client Org Group Code (Risk Client Organisation Group (Parent) Code)
• Risk Client Org Group Name (Risk Client Organisation Group (Parent) Name)
• Assured Org Group Code (Assured Organisation Group (Parent) Code)
• Assured Org Group Name (Assured Organisation Group (Parent) Name)
The report can be printed or saved in one of five formats. The results can be customised by dragging and dropping the columns to suit the required layout. The column customisation button can add and remove relevant columns from the report by using the click and drag feature.
The preferred grid layout can be saved in the system as an XML file in the 'P' Drive. Other configurations can be loaded from the P drive or the layout can be reset to default.
Note: The write off amount can never be outstanding, it is a debit/credit amount that has been written off - so by definition it cannot be outstanding.
